摘要
目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸推拿治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法将290例颈性眩晕患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各145例。对照组给予针灸推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组的血液流变学指标、DHI评分均降低,椎动脉Vm、基底动脉Vm、ESCV评分、SF-36各项评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸推拿治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 290 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 145 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and massage,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the hemorheological indexes,DHI score of the two groups decreased,and Vm of vertebral artery Vm of basilar artery,ESCV score,SF-36 score increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of cervical vertigo has a significant clinical effect.
