摘要
针对薄板变形重构问题,结合应变与曲率、曲线与曲率的关系,提出了一种带误差补偿的曲率积分递推算法。根据累计误差的特点,给出了误差补偿系数的选取方法,以及误差补偿因子的优化原则,通过选取合适的补偿因子,获得一组与补偿因子相对应的补偿系数。建立600mm×200mm×2.45mm的铝合金薄板模型,通过仿真和实验分析,提取薄板上一条变形曲线的分布应变数据和变形数据,采用带误差补偿的曲率积分递推算法对试验数据进行重构,并引入均方根误差(Root mean square error,RMSE)评判算法在不同分段数和不同载荷情况下的重构精度。结果表明,提出的带误差补偿的变形重构算法可以精确地重构薄板的变形曲线,重构误差及相对误差均比较小。并且在载荷相同的条件下,分段数越多,所提出的曲线重构算法的重构精度也越高。
A recursive algorithm of curvature integral with error compensation is proposed to solve the problem of thin plate deformation reconstruction, which combines the relationship between strain and curvature, curve and curvature. According to the characteristics of accumulated error, the selection method of error compensation coefficient and the optimization principle of error compensation factor are given. By choosing appropriate compensation factor, a set of compensation coefficients corresponding to compensation factor are obtained. A 600 mm×200 mm×2.45 mm aluminum alloy sheet model was established. The distributed strain data and deformation data of a deformation curve on the sheet were extracted through simulation and experimental analysis. The experimental data were reconstructed by curvature integral recursion algorithm with error compensation. Root Mean Square Error(RMSE) is introduced to evaluate the reconstruction accuracy under different segments and loads. The results show that the proposed deformation reconstruction algorithm with error compensation can accurately reconstruct the deformation curve of thin plate, and the reconstruction error and relative error are relatively small. Under the same load, the more segments, the higher the reconstruction accuracy of the proposed curve reconstruction algorithm.
