摘要
目的探讨协同心理护理对淋巴瘤化疗患者知信行及心理弹性的影响。方法选择2018年3月~2019年3月我院收治的98例淋巴瘤化疗患者,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各49例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上施行协同心理护理,比较两组遵医依从性、知信行情况及心理弹性。结果研究组遵医依从率为95.92%,高于对照组的77.55%(P<0.05);研究组疾病掌握情况、费用掌握情况、饮食知识掌握情况、出院指导掌握情况占比均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组心理弹性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论淋巴瘤化疗患者采用协同心理护理模式可改善患者知信行,提高遵医依从性与疾病相关知识掌握度,改善心理弹性水平。
Objective To explore the effect of collaborative psychological nursing on the knowledge,belief,behavior and mental flexibility of patients with lymphoma chemotherapy.Methods A total of 98 lymphoma chemotherapy patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was given coordinated psychological care on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in compliance,knowledge,belief and behavior,and psychological flexibility.Results The compliance rate of the study group was 95.92%,which was higher than 77.55%of the control group(P<0.05);the proportions of the study group’s disease mastery,cost mastery,diet knowledge mastery,and discharge guidance mastery were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the psychological resilience score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of collaborative psychological care for patients with lymphoma chemotherapy can improve patients'knowledge,beliefs and behaviors,improve compliance and disease-related knowledge,and improve psychological flexibility.
