摘要
目的在耳鼻喉疾病危害不断上升、医疗费用体系优化调整的背景下,探究耳鼻喉科患者住院费用结构变动的情况,为优化调整费用结构、理顺医疗服务价格体系提供依据。方法对广东省某三甲医院2018-2019年耳鼻喉科患者住院费用资料研究其结构变动值等指标。结果2018~2019年人均总费用趋于稳定,药费、综合服务费等费用占比呈负向变动,其他费、综合服务费、耗材费的结构变动贡献率累积超过70%。结论总费用增长得到有效控制,药占比稳中有降,耗占比有所提升,体现医护人员劳动技术价值的综合服务费、操作治疗费占比下降,费用结构有待进一步优化调整。
Objective Under the circumstances of increasing harm of ENT diseases and the need of optimizing medical expense system,to explore the changes in the hospitalization expense structure of ENT patients,and provide the basis for optimizing the expense structure and rationalizing medical service price system.Methods To study the structure change value and other indicators of ENT patients'hospitalization data in a third-grade hospital in Guangdong Province from 2018 to 2019.Results From 2018 to 2019,the total cost per capita tended to be stable,and the proportion of medical expenses,comprehensive service fees and other expenses showed a negative change,and the contribution rate of structural changes of other fees,comprehensive service fees,and consumable fees accumulated more than 70%.Conclusion The growth of total expenses is effectively controlled,the proportion of medicines has steadily decreased,and the proportion of medical consumables has increased.The proportion of comprehensive service fees,operation and treatment fees has declined,which reflects the labor and technical value of medical personnel.The cost structure needs to be further optimized and adjusted.
