摘要
信号素5A(SEMA5A)是一类神经导向分子,近年发现它在神经发育、机体免疫、血管生成及肿瘤发生等多种病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。目前关于SEMA5A的认识是比较零散的,该文就近年SEMA5A的研究进展作一综述。
Semaphorin5A(SEMA5A)is a class of neural-directed molecules.In recent years,it is found to play an important role in various pathophysiological processes such as neural development,body immunity,angiogenesis and tumorigenesis.The current understanding of SEMA5A is relatively fragmented,this article reviews the research progress of SEMA5A in recent years.
