摘要
综述了近年镁合金摩擦磨损的研究进展,阐述镁合金摩擦磨损的磨损率、磨屑、磨痕等特征及理论,重点分析表面状态、晶粒尺寸、合金因素、析出相等对镁合金磨损性能的影响,概括表面处理、合金化、塑性变形、热处理等加工工艺可有效提高镁合金的摩擦磨损性能。此外,对镁合金的摩擦磨损行为的研究方向和发展趋势进行了展望。
The research progress in friction and wear of Mg alloy is reviewed.The characters of wear rate,wear debris and wear morphology are discussed.The effect of surface condition,grain size,alloy element and precipitates on the wear resistance of Mg alloy is analyzed in detail.The surface treatment,alloying,plastic deformation and heat treatment process are summarized,which can effectively improve the wear resistance of Mg alloy.Moreover,the future research and development direction of the friction and wear behavior of Mg alloy are also suggested.
