摘要
在十三届全国人大常委会第十七次会议审议中,通过修订后的固体废物污染环境防治法,自2020年9月1日起施行。基于此,文章将结合2020年9月1日即将出台的《新固废法》,针对工业固废的收集、处理与资源化利用技术进行深入研究,其目的在于实现工业固废的综合利用,进一步推动我国工业实现持续发展。
The revised law on the prevention and control of environmental pollution by solid waste was adopted at the 17 th meeting of the 13 th Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, which will come into force on September 1, 2020. Based on this, combined with the "new solid waste law" to be issued on September 1, 2020, this paper will conduct in-depth research on the collection, treatment and resource utilization technology of industrial solid waste, with the purpose of realizing the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste and further promoting the sustainable development of China’s industry.
