摘要
通过分析烟丝输送过程中不同工序烟丝样品水分含量的变化特征。结果显示,不同机组随着距离风送位置的远近,各工序间水分含量存在一定差异,并呈现出趋于稳定的趋势;不同工序内水分均保持在95%的置信区间内,总体呈现稳定趋势,但位于烟支出口、盒装和条装工序易存在波动。该研究结果为不同工序烟丝水分的控制奠定了基础。
The Variation characteristics of moisture contents of cut tobacco have been analyzed at the different transportation processes by conveying to the tobacco.The results showed that the moisture contents were the difference in the varied process of different units along with the distance,then they were tended to be stable.The moisture of different transportation processes remained stabilized into the confidence interval at 95%,and the total difference was the tendency to stabilize.But,the locations of tobacco export,packing and strip packing have fluctuated easily.The results of research that were provided a basis for the moisture of tobacco at the different processes.
