摘要
为了研究高质量发展背景下煤炭企业TQM体系影响因素,以陕西某矿业公司为研究对象,通过文献研究、实地调研和专家访谈获得相关数据,从战略创新管理、质量安全管理、煤质管理和行政管理四个维度构建TQM体系影响因素集。运用解释结构模型(ISM)对构建出的20个影响因素进行分析,绘制出多级递阶有向图,根据解释结构模型显示的分层结果分析各因素间的层级递阶关系,并对煤炭企业TQM体系的改进提出了建设性意见。
In order to study the influence factors of TQM system in coal enterprises under the background of high-quality development,taking a mining company of Shaanxi as the research object,relevant data are obtained through literature research,field research and expert interviews,and a TQM system is constructed from four dimensions of strategic innovation management,quality safety management,coal quality management and administration.The Interpretive Structure Model is used to analyze the20 influence factors,and a multilevel hierarchical digraph is drawn,the hierarchical relationship among the factors is analyzed according to the hierarchical results displayed in the interpretive structure model.Constructive suggestions are proposed on the improvement of TQM system in coal enterprises,to promotes the high-quality development of coal industry.
