Anticorrosion Technology of Concrete in Urban Sewage Environment

摘要 为提高当前国内城市污水池的使用寿命,通过调研当前国内城市污水池的腐蚀现状与防腐技术应用情况,得出腐蚀状况最为严重的是微生物腐蚀,以此为基础提出腐蚀机理,并列举了适用于城市污水池防腐涂装的材料及其相应的关键指标。认为混凝土污水池防腐工程应符合现代涂装工程的要求,创新型防腐涂料是今后的发展趋势。 In order to improve the service life of domestic sewage tanks, through the investigation of the current corrosion status and application of anti-corrosion technology of domestic sewage tanks, it is concluded that the most serious corrosion is microbial corrosion. Based on this, the corrosion mechanism is proposed, and the materials suitable for anti-corrosion coating of urban sewage tanks and their corresponding key indicators are listed. It is considered that the anti-corrosion engineering of concrete sewage tank should meet the requirements of modern coating engineering, and innovative anti-corrosion coating is the development trend in the future.
