摘要
基于四班二运转乘务排班方案,提出了将车队错班复合的混合班制方案,详细说明了混合班制方案的排班思路,介绍了公共序号、常态序号及人员配比等重要参数的计算确定。基于上海轨道交通12号线的现场实际数据进行分析,阐述了混合班制方案在组织管理和经济效益方面的优越性,分析了混合班制方案广泛的适用性。
Based on the four-shift and two-operation crew scheduling mode,a mixed-shift system with mixed-operation for crew scheduling is proposed,and important parameters like the public serial number,normal serial number and personnel ration are calculated.Based on an analysis of the on-site field data obtained from Shanghai rail transit Line 12,advantages of the mixed class scheme in organization,management and economic benefits are expounded,the wide applicability of which is further analyzed.
