摘要
介绍了无缝接触轨方案及其技术特点。该技术采用了无预留伸缩缝的新型膨胀接头,安装精度高,受流面大,可在道岔折点处连续敷设。通过试验验证了膨胀接头的优良性能、受流的稳定性及道岔区的轨面平顺性,并对道岔区接触轨的内应力进行分析,验证了其安全性。探讨了轨面预留伸缩缝、授流面平顺性及无缝接触轨道岔对列车运行等方面的影响,验证了无缝接触轨的优良性能。
The seamless contact rail and its technical characters are introduced.This technology adopts the new expansion junction with no reserved expansion joint,featuring high installation accuracy and large current collecting surface,and can be laid continuously at the break point of switch shaft.Test results show that the expansion joint has good performance with stability of current collection and rail surface smoothness in turnout area.The safety of which is also verified by an analysis of the internal stress of contact rail in turnout area.On this basis,influences of the reserved rail surface expansion joint,the smoothness of current receiving surface and the seamless contact rail turnout on train operation are discussed,the good performance of seamless contact rail is verified.
