摘要
现阶段社会中将城市建设逐步从大规模的拆建转为通过旧建筑空间改造设计的方式提升空间品质和带动城市发展。其重要意义除了延续地段风貌,功能再生等物质条件的提升外,更在于场所精神与记忆营造的情感融入。文章针对旧建筑空间改造发展面临的一种仅注重空间的物质性修复与基础设施的功能性完善的困境,提出"有机更新""人群结构""多元协调"等可行性策略,并以合肥市齐云巷子7号楼为实验性研究对象,探寻保持场所活力的有效途径,使得空间改造为更符合人们交往行为和交往需求的空间。
In recent years,we have been gradually choosing the transformation and design of old building spaces to improve space quality and urban development over large-scale demolition and reconstruction.In addition to the improvement of physical conditions,such as the continuation of landscape and functional regeneration,the emotional integration of place spirit and memory is what’s essential.Given the dilemma faced by the space reconstruction and development of old buildings,which shows that only the physical restoration of space and the functional adequacy of infrastructure is stressed,it proposes feasible strategies such as organic update,population structuring,and multiple coordination.Choosing Building 7 of Qiyun Alley as an experimental research object,we try to explore effective ways of maintaining the vitality of the place so that we can transform the space into space more in line with people’s communication behavior and communication needs.
