乳液型丙烯酸酯类压敏胶在华专利分析 被引量:2

Patent analysis of emulsion-type acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive in China

摘要 乳液型丙烯酸酯压敏胶由于成本低、污染小、易于加工、对大部分材料粘接性好,而成为目前应用范围最广、使用量最大的压敏胶产品。本文首先梳理了1985~2019年有关乳液型丙烯酸酯压敏胶技术在我国的专利申请量及结案情况;然后从单体改性、有机硅改性、互穿网络结构改性、交联剂改性、乳化剂改性、外加其他助剂改性以及复合改性七个方面分别列举了乳液型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的典型专利,以期展示乳液型丙烯酸酯压敏胶制造、生产、应用方面的最新进展。最后,对该领域的未来发展趋势进行了展望。 Emulsion-type acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive had become the most widely and largest used pressure sensitive adhesive product due to its low cost,low pollution,easy processing and good adhesion to most materials.In this paper the number of patent application and closed cases of emulsion-type acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive technology in our country from 1985 to 2019 were first reviewed.Then,the typical patents of emulsion-type acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive were listed from seven aspects,including monomer modification,silicone modification,interpenetrating network structure modification,crosslinking agent modification,emulsifier modification,additional additive modification and composite modification,in order to show the latest progress in the manufacture,production and application of emulsion-type acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive.Finally,the future development trend in this field was prospected.
