摘要
介绍了TP850RD旋挖机钻杆用缝钢管的生产开发情况。为了满足Φ368×12 mm的生产开发需求,根据现场实际情况对无缝钢管轧制变形工序的工具进行了设计,制定了相关的主要工艺参数,成功开发了TP850RDΦ368×12 mm旋挖机钻杆用无缝钢管,产品尺寸、机械性能符合相关标准。
This paper introduces the production and development of seamless steel pipe for drill pipe of TP850RD rotary digging machine.In order to meet the demand of production and development ofΦ368×12 mm,the tool of seamless steel pipe rolling and deformation process is designed according to the actual situation on site,and the relevant main process parameters are formulated.TheΦ368×12 mm seamless steel tube for drill pipe of TP850RD rotary digging machine is successfully developed,and the product size and mechanical properties meet the relevant standards.
