摘要
针对某核电厂3号机组6.6 kV配电系统断路器无法分闸的问题,对断路器的扭簧位置、油脂干枯情况等进行分析,结果表明断路器分闸驱动机构卡涩是故障的根本原因,据此制定了针对性的处理措施并优化维修策略。
In view of the problem that the circuit breaker of 6.6 kV distribution system of unit 3 in a nuclear power plant cannot be opened,the position of the torsion spring of the circuit breaker and the situation of grease drying are analyzed.The results show that the jamming of the opening driving mechanism of the circuit breaker is the root cause of the fault.Based on this,targeted treatment measures and maintenance strategy are formulated.
