摘要
为了提高沥青路面就地热再生设备的使用效率,科学合理地实现就地热再生施工工艺,获得最佳的养护效益,结合实际工程案例,研究沥青路面就地热再生设备的应用技术要领,提出"人机对话"的设备操作理念和方法。结果表明:正确把握设备的技术性能和路况、气候等环境的实时情况,正确把握设备的操控技术要领及其机组的联动操控技术要领,是获得沥青路面就地热再生最佳养护效益的关键:就地热再生路面实验检测结果满足沥青路面技术标准的要求。
In order to improve the operation efficiency of the hot in-place recycling equipment of asphalt pavement,to perform scientifically and reasonably the construction technology of hot inplace recycling and to optimize the maintenance benefit,we research the applied technical essentials on hot in-place recycling equipment of asphalt pavement,present the ideas and methods of"humanmachine conversation"in operation of equipment by using a practical project case. The results show that in order to obtain the best maintenance benefit of hot in-place recycling of asphalt pavement,it is the key to grasp correctly the technical performance of the equipment,the real-time environment such as road condition and climate,and the operation technology of the equipment and integral unit.The test results of hot in-place recycling pavement meet the requirements of technical standards for asphalt pavement.
