摘要
为了改进现有的煤层压裂增产技术,综合比较当前煤层压裂技术,提出一种新型煤层气完井技术-煤岩脉冲水力喷射压裂技术。该技术除了定位准确、无需机械封隔、有效保护储层等优点外,还可通过脉冲压力波使煤岩内部产生剪切破坏,形成人工缝网,由内而外压裂煤层。进一步分析了高压脉冲波在固体、流体及地层的传播规律,分析认为:高压脉冲波在流体中属准线性传导,只需在波速c 0基础上加入修正系数κ,即可按线性波动方程求解。最后得出脉冲压力波频率20 Hz条件下,其有效传播距离可达387 m。
CBM reservoir in China is extremely rich but difficult to be exploited while North American successful technologies can not apply completely to China.And one of the most important technologies in CBM stimulation is hydraulic fracturing.In order to improve the existing CBM stimulation technologies,the author proposed a new type of CBM well completion technology—high pressure pulsed hydra-jet fracturing technology,with comparison of the current CBM fracturing technologies.In addition to the effects of accurate fracturing position,“hydro-seal”and effective protection of reservoir,the technology can also generate artificial volume crack with shear fracture caused by high pressure pulsed wave.Further analysis of high pressure pulsed wave in solid,liquid and reservoir have been made.The analysis consider that high pressure pulsed wave belongs to quasi-linear transmission and we just need to add a correction factorκto the linear wave equation to get a quasi-linear solution.With this conclusion,the rough effective distance will be 387m under 20 Hz.
