摘要
江南城市河网纵横,孕育了独具特色的滨水街区。然而,随着诸多城市进入功能转型期,传统滨水街区面临功能转型、岸线衰退的困境,昔日繁华的滨水街区已经渐趋式微,使用人群萎缩、特色缺乏、活力丧失,与之相关的城市记忆随之消退。从"空间-行为"互动切入传统滨水街区的空间活力分析,从吸引要素和通达要素两个层面探索滨水街区空间吸引力和活力;利用行为地图记录滨水街区市民的活动数据,采用空间句法分析街区形态特征及其空间关系,建立吸引要素节点空间与滨水街区的互动;最终,基于"空间-行为"互动提出传统滨水街区活力激发策略,为促进滨水街区的复兴与活力营造提供依据。
The river network in the cities of Jiangnan area has given birth to several unique waterfront blocks.However,as many cities have entered a period of functional transformation,traditional waterfront blocks are facing the dilemma of functional transformation and coastline decline.The vitality of former prosperous waterfront blocks have gradually declined,with shrinking user populations,lack of features,and loss of vitality.The urban memory fades.Firstly,this study starts from the interaction of"space behavior"to analyze the space vitality of traditional waterfront blocks,and explores the space attraction and vitality of waterfront blocks from two aspects of Attraction Factors and access factors.Secondly,it establishes the interaction between the node space of attraction elements and waterfront block,by using Behavior-map to record the activity data of the residents in traditional waterfront block,and the Space Syntax software to analyze the morphological characteristics and spatial relationship.Finally,from the perspective of space behavior interaction,the paper puts forward the strategy of stimulating the vitality of traditional waterfront blocks,which provides the basis for promoting the revitalization and vitality reconstruction of waterfront blocks.
