摘要
研究了不同再生细骨料掺量(0、30%、60%、100%)、不同细骨料预湿时间(0、0.5、1、24 h)下,水泥砂浆经时流动度及抗折、抗压强度的变化规律。试验结果表明:新拌砂浆的工作性随着再生细骨料掺量以及细骨料预湿时间的增大而降低;再生细骨料降低了砂浆的抗压强度。但随着养护龄期的增加,掺加再生细骨料的砂浆后期强度增长稍快。56 d龄期时,砂浆的抗压强度超过75 MPa。再生细骨料砂浆56 d抗折强度在12.84~13.81 MPa之间,与纯水泥砂浆相差不大。通过回归分析,提出再生骨料砂浆抗压强度和抗折强度之间的关系。
Studied the effect of recycled fine aggregate on mortar mechanical properties,including workability,compressive strength and flexural strength.In this study,three different replacement levels(30%,60%,and 100%)and four types of recycled fine aggregate(RFA)with different pre-wetting time(0,0.5,1 and 24 h)were adopted.The experimental results show that RFA reduced the workability of fresh mortar as the replacement level increases.As the replacement level increased,the compressive strength decreased.However,as the curing age increased,strength of mortar with RFA was similar to that of reference mortar.Most mortar containing RFA had 56 day compressive strength over 75 MPa,56 day flexural strength in the range of 12.84~13.81 MPa.Based on the data regression,relationships between compressive strength and flextural strength of RFA mortar are established.
