摘要
为解决普通混凝土喷浆支护浆体开裂、巷道变形严重的问题,提出采用钢纤维硅粉混凝土对其进行湿喷支护。通过试验研究钢纤维掺量与形状、硅粉掺量和减水剂掺量对混凝土抗弯强度的影响规律,得出最佳的钢纤维硅粉混凝土配比,应用于某矿的回风斜井喷浆支护。结果表明波浪型钢纤维对混凝土抗弯强度提高能力远大于平直型钢纤维,最佳的波浪型钢纤维掺入率为1.5%,最佳的硅粉掺量为替代水泥掺量的10%,最佳减水剂掺量为0.6%。通过喷层应力监测和围岩变形观测证明了钢纤维硅粉混凝土喷浆支护控制巷道围岩的可行性。
To solve the problems of cracking of slurry and serious deformation of roadway in ordinary concrete shotcreting support,wet shotcreting steel fiber silica fume concrete was proposed.The effects of steel fiber content and shape,silica fume content and water reducer content on flexural strength of concrete were studied through experiments.Then,the optimum proportion of steel fiber silica fume concrete was obtained.It was applied to the shotcrete support of the return air inclined shaft in a mine.The results showed that the flexural strength of concrete improved by wavy steel fibers was much greater than that of straight steel fibers.The optimum incorporation rate of wavy steel fibers was 1.5%.The optimum content of silica fume was 10%of that of cement.The optimum dosage of water reducing agent was 0.6%.The feasibility of controlling the surrounding rock of roadway by steel fiber silicon powder concrete shotcrete support is proved by spray layer stress monitoring and surrounding rock deformation observation.
