摘要
吴氏痛经膏是闽南吴氏中医妇科第九代传承人吴熙的经验方,吴熙在治疗痛经上积累了丰富的临床经验并形成了独特的辨证思路和用药特色。吴熙认为临床上虚性痛经多为虚实夹杂、本虚标实,本虚多为气血亏虚、肝肾亏虚,标实为瘀血阻滞,当治之以健脾益气养血,调补肝肾,活血行气。根据整体观念和辨证论治的思想,结合膏方特点,经验总结出"吴氏痛经膏"治疗虚性痛经,从整体上调节机体脏腑阴阳平衡,达到扶正以祛邪、调经以止痛之目的,疗效显著。
WU’s dysmenorrhea cream is the experience side of WU Xi,the ninth-generation inheritor of WU’s Chinese medicine gynecology in southern Fujian.WU Xi has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of dysmenorrhea and formed a unique dialectical thinking and medication characteristics.WU Xi believes that the clinical deficiency dysmenorrhea is mostly mixed with the deficiency and reality,or empty sign is obviously solid,the deficiency is mostly the deficiency of qi and blood,the deficiency of the liver and kidney.And the enrichment in symptom is the blood stasis.the treatment is to strengthen the spleen and supply vital Qi for enriching blood.We also must to regulate liver and kidney,make blood circulation Qi.According to the overall concept and the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment,combined with the characteristics of ointment,experience summed up"WU’s dysmenorrhea ointment"to treat virtual dysmenorrhea,adjust the balance of viscera and Yin and Yang of the body as a whole,and achieve the purpose of correcting the evil and regulating menstruation to relieve pain.
