摘要
目的分析保乳术治疗的乳腺癌患者中实施X线调强放疗对术后治疗效果与免疫功能产生的影响。方法以2016年11月—2018年12月为研究时间区间,从该院选择乳腺癌患者共计60例作为研究样本,行X线调强放疗,以治疗效果和免疫功能为评价指标。结果经X线调强放疗后,60例入组患者共发生皮肤损伤与肺损伤30例,其中肺损伤6例,占比10%,皮肤损伤24例,占比40%,靶区V95%剂量线均值为(97.7±1.7)%,V105%剂量线均值为(12.8±4.3)%,V110%剂量线均值为(3.3±2.8)%,且与治疗前相比,治疗后60例入组患者中性粒细胞(4.43±1.87)×10^9/L、白细胞(3.09±1.77)×10^9/L及淋巴细胞数(0.74±0.26)×10^9/L均有所降低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.759、2.002、10.339,P<0.05)。结论于保乳术治疗的乳腺癌患者实施X线调强放疗的临床效果显著,虽会降低患者的免疫功能,但不增加不良反应发生率,具备临床应用的价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of X-ray intensity-modulated radiotherapy on postoperative therapeutic effect and immune function in breast cancer patients treated with breast-conserving surgery.Methods Taking November 2016 to December 2018 as the study time interval,a total of 60 breast cancer patients from the hospital were selected as the study sample,and X-ray intensity-modulated radiotherapy was performed,with the treatment effect and immune function as the evaluation indicators.Results After X-ray intensity-modulated radiotherapy,a total of 30 patients with skin injury and lung injury occurred in 60 patients,including 6 with lung injury,accounting for 10%and 24 with skin injury,accounting for 40%.The mean value of the V95%dose line in the target area was(97.7±1.7)%.The mean value of the V105%dose line was(12.8±4.3)%,and the mean value of the V110%dose line was(3.3±2.8)%.Compared with before treatment,neutrophils(4.43±1.87)×10^9/L,leukocytes(3.09±1.77)×10^9/L and lymphocyte counts(0.74±0.26)×10^9/L of 60 enrolled patients after treatment were reduced,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.759,2.002,10.339,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of X-ray intensity-modulated radiotherapy on breast cancer patients treated with breast-conserv-ing surgery is significant.Although it will reduce the immune function of patients,it does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,and has the value of clinical application.
