摘要
随着产业结构升级,科技成果转化对经济发展的推动作用越来越明显。我国科技成果转化率及产业化率有待进一步提升,需建立以需求为导向的科技成果转化体系。通过均衡政策导向、健全科技成果评价制度、提升中小企业创新意识与能力及分类培育科技中介机构等措施,加强各科技成果转化主体根据需求信息调整自身行为的意识,提高科技成果的有效供给和有效需求,打通科技成果转化每一个环节,从而全面提升我国科技成果转化效率。
With the upgrading of industrial structure,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays an increasingly dramatic role in promoting economic development.However,due to the problems of system and market,the transformation rate and industrialization rate of China's scientific and technological achievements are not high.The demand-oriented system is suggested.In order to get through every link of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and improve efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China,it is suggested to balance the policy orientation,establish complete evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements,promote the innovation consciousness and ability of small businesses,foster the science and technology agency by classification,strengthen the consciousness of the subjects of transformation of scientific and technological achievements to adjust their own behavior according to the demand and improve the effective supply and effective demand of scientific and technological achievements.
