摘要
综述了国内外对护士心理一致感的研究进展,了解影响护士心理一致感水平的因素,明确提升护士心理一致感的策略,以期为国内开展提升护士心理一致感水平的实践提供参考。
This paper summarized the research status of nurses'Sense of Coherence at home and abroad,as well as the necessity of attaching importance to nurses'Sense of Coherence.This paper also explored the factors affecting nurses'Sense of Coherence level,and defined the strategies for improving nurses'psychological coherence,so as to provide guidance for the practice of improving nurses'Sense of Coherence level in China.
