摘要
济源河流均属蟒河流域,蟒河是黄河中游的一级支流,蟒河防洪安全直接影响黄河防洪形势。本文对济源市中心城区的防洪现状进行分析,指出该区域存在洪涝灾害多,城区河流较多但防洪标准较低,周边小型水库调蓄能力差;河段淤积、影响河道行洪等问题。并根据现状问题梳理了相应的解决措施:对河道进行统一规划,采取扩挖疏浚、堤防加高、拓宽河道等措施,提高河道防洪标准;清淤清障,确保河道行洪畅通;组建中心城区防洪指挥系统和河道管理机构。其分析结果可供后续制定防洪方案提供借鉴。
Jiyuan River belongs to Manghe River basin.Manghe River is the first tributary of the middle reaches of the Yellow River.Manghe River flood control safety directly affects the flood control situation of the Yellow River.Based on the analysis of the flood control situation in the central Jiyuan City,this paper points out that there are many regional flood disasters.There are many rivers in urban areas,but the flood control standard is low.The regulation and storage capacity of surrounding small reservoirs is poor;River siltation,affecting river flood discharge and other issues.According to the current situation and problems,the corresponding solutions are sorted out:unified planning of river courses,measures such as expanding dredging,heightening embankments,widening river courses,etc.are adopted to improve flood control standards of river courses;Clear away silt and obstacles to ensure smooth flow of river flood.The central city flood control command system and river management organization shall be established.The analysis results can be used for reference in the follow-up flood control research.
