三维可视技术在腹膜后病变临床带教中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨三维重建及3D打印技术在腹膜后病变临床带教中的应用效果。方法利用计算机建模软件将腹膜后病变的二维影像转化为三维立体的模拟影像,借助3D打印实验室技术平台完成3D打印模型的实物,用于腹膜后病变临床带教,通过对典型病例剖析,使学生深入理解病变的解剖特点、外科决策,以及干预措施、预期效果及实际效果等,缩短学习周期,实现教学模式及质量的革新。结果通过34例典型的腹膜后病变外科手术病例(肿瘤13例、脂肪肉瘤7例、孤立性纤维瘤5例、节细胞神经瘤4例、恶性软组织瘤3例及淋巴瘤2例)的二维CT等影像转化为三维重建模型及3D打印实例模型,并在术中实施,将典型病例应用于临床带教,通过总结未应用前2017年度和经过应用后的2018年度的带教学生出科专业考核成绩对比,发现应用后的学生成绩更优异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维重建及3D打印技术应用在腹膜后病变临床带教中,可以革新传统教学模式及提升教学质量。 Objective To investigate the application effect of three-dimensional reconstruc-tion and 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of retroperitoneal lesions.Methods The com-puter modeling software was used to convert the two-dimensional image of the retroperitoneal lesion into a three-dimensional simulation image.The 3D printing laboratory technology platform was adopted to complete the actual 3D printed model for clinical teaching of retroperitoneal les-ions.By analyzing typical cases,students deeply understood the anatomical characteristics of the lesions,surgical decision-making and intervention measures,expected effects and actual effects,the learning cycle was shortened,and the innovation of teaching mode and quality were realized.Results Two-dimensional CT of 34 typical surgical cases of retroperitoneal lesions(13 tumors,7 liposarcomas,5 solitary fibroids,4 ganglioblastomas,3 malignant soft tissue tumors and 2 lym-phomas)was transformed into 3D reconstruction model and 3D printed example model,and was implemented in the operation.Typical cases were applied in clinical teaching.By summarizing the comparison of the results of the students who haven't received teaching with three-dimensional reconstruction and 3D printing technology in 2017 and the students after application of this tea-ching in 2018,it was found that the students'performance after application was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of 3D reconstruction and 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of retroperitoneal lesions can revolutionize the tra-ditional teaching mode and improve teaching quality.
