摘要 解决循环水零排放问题是火力发电厂全厂废水零排放的重要工作之一,国华孟津发电有限责任公司(简称孟津电厂)生产用水水源为城市中水,水质差且不稳定,导致循环水含盐量高、硬度大。孟津电厂根据循环水水质情况,采用"双碱法"预处理工艺去除对循环水排污水硬度,符合条件后进入"超滤+两级反渗透+混床"处理系统制取除盐水,一级反渗透产生的浓水和混床再生产生的废水,补入脱硫工艺水系统,从而实现循环水零排放,为使用中水作为水源的超临界湿冷发电机组实现循环水零排放进行了探索实践。 To realize the zero circulating water discharge is one of the important tasks of zero waste water discharge of thermal power plant. The water source used by Shenhua Guohua Mengjin Electric Power Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Mengjin Electric Power Plant") for production is the urban reclaimed water with a poor and unstable quality,further leading to a high salt content and high hardness of the circulating water. Mengjin Electric Power Plant,in accordance with the quality of the circulating water,adopted the "dual-alkali" pretreatment technology to remove the hardness of the circulating water to discharge sewage which will enter the "ultrafiltration + two-stage reverse osmosis + mixed bed" treatment system to produce desalinated water after it meets the requirements. Thereafter,the concentrated water generated by the Level I reverse osmosis and the waste water by the mixed bed regeneration are added to the desulfurization process water system to realize zero circulating water discharge,which is an exploratory practice to achieve zero circulating water discharge of supercritical wet cooling generator set using reclaimed water as water source.
