摘要
青年学生责任感的培养是完成立德树人根本任务的关键环节。新时代高职大学生社会责任感总体是积极向上的,但仍有部分高职大学生社会责任感不强,存在知行不一、甚至是知行倒挂的现象,通过对杭州市某高职院校大学生社会责任感现状进行实证研究,为提升高职院校大学生社会责任感提出相关建议,进而探索通过打造“责任认知-情感认同-行为实践”一体化链条,进一步提升大学生责任感的实效性、持久性。
The cultivation of young students'sense of responsibility is the key link to complete the basic task of cultivating people with moral integrity.The mainstream social responsibility of new-era college students is positive,but some of them lack the sense of social responsibility and their words are different from their actions,or even in reverse.Through studying and analyzing the young students'sense of responsibility in a vocational college in Hangzhou,this paper offers advice to enhance the responsibility awareness of higher vocational college students,and further improve the effectiveness and durability of vocational college student by the integration of responsibility recognition,emotion empathy and conduct practice.
