对麻醉规培医师进行超声引导下腹横肌平面阻滞技能培训的探索 被引量:1

摘要 ;超声引导下神经阻滞是麻醉学领域里程碑式的进展,借助于超声,操作者可以实时直观地观察到穿刺针的运行轨迹和针尖的位置,清晰地看到局麻药的扩散情况,确保实现精准阻滞,保障麻醉安全。超声引导下腹横肌平面阻滞已被证实在腹部外科围术期镇痛是安全有效的。本研究结果显示,通过熟悉超声设备、掌握解剖成像、循序渐进可以取得良好的教学效果,提高麻醉规培医师的培训质量。 Ultrasound-guided nerve block technique is a landmark development in the field of anesthesiology. With the help of ultrasound, operator can observe the track of puncture needle and the position of needle tip in real time to confirm a clear picture of the spread of local anesthetics and accuracy of block with high safety. Ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block has been proved to be safe and effective in perioperative analgesia of abdominal surgeries. This paper aims to introduce the teaching experience in this field. It is believed that good teaching effect can be obtained by familiarizing with ultrasonic equipment, mastering anatomic imaging step by step, which in returns can improve the training quality of residents standardization training of anesthesiology.
