摘要
目的 应用信息LIS平台(检验科信息系统)构建危急值闭环管理系统,提高临床对危急值的接收并降低危急值的报告及时率.方法 调阅2019年1-5月危急值明细,共2585例,通过应用信息平台构建危急值闭环管理系统后,调阅2019年6-10月危急值明细,共2428例,比较前5个月和后5个月危急值及时率的差异.结果 通过应用信息平台构建危急值闭环管理系统,危急值的报告及时率明显提高.结论 通过提高危急值的报告及时率及流程改进,缩短危急值报告时间,确保赢得患者抢救时间,减少危急值报告的繁琐流程,提高危急值的监督及节点的监管,改进并提高危急值的通报及时率,缩短临床及时获取信息的时间,并提高临床医生对患者进行治疗措施的有效性,为患者节省了宝贵的抢救时间.
Objective To construct a closed-loop management system of critical value by using information system of laboratory(LIS),and to improve the clinical acceptance of critical value and reduce the timeliness of reporting of critical value. Methods A total of 2585 cases of critical value details from January to May 2019 were reviewed.A total of 2428 cases of critical value details from June to October 2019 were reviewed after constructing the critical value closed-loop management system through the application information platform.The difference in the critical value timeliness rate before and after the establishment of system was compared. Results The critical value timeliness report rate was significantly improved after the critical value closed-loop management system was constructed through the application of the information platform. Conclusion By increasing the reporting timeliness rate and improving the process,the reporting time of the critical value can be shortened,the rescue time of patients can be ensured,the tedious process of reporting the critical value can be reduced,the supervision of the critical value and the nodes can be enhanced,the reporting of the critical value timely rate can be promoted,the time to obtain clinical information can be cut,and the effectiveness of treatment measures for patients by clinicians can be improved,and precious rescue time for patients can be saved.
