摘要
农产品供应链智慧化的形成,是推动农产品流通、促进产业发展的关键,构建成熟度评价模型有利于判断我国农产品供应链智慧化的发展阶段,进而因时因地的制定出符合发展阶段的产业政策和措施。通过构建农产品供应链智慧化成熟度模型,并基于专家调查法,对云南省农产品供应链智慧化发展程度进行了研究,得出云南省处于初始级阶段,并且面临着创新能力低、行业关联度低、政策体系不完善等问题。针对云南省农产品供应链智慧化提出着力营造良好政策环境、加快农业供应链标准化建设、着力推进现有农产品供应链治理能力完善、加大人才队伍建设和引进力度的对策建议。
Circulation of agricultural product and the development of industry.The construction of maturity evaluation model is helpful to judge the development stage of the intellectualization of agricultural products supply chain in China.And then formulating in line with the development stage of industrial policies and measures.In this paper,the intelligent maturity model of agricultural product supply chain is constructed,and based on the method of expert investigation,we studied the intelligent development degree of agricultural product supply chain in Yunnan province,and it is concluded that Yunnan province is in the initial stage,ad faced with some problems,such as low innovation ability,low industry correlation,imperfect policy system and so on.In view of the intellectualization of agricultural product supply chain in Yunnan province,this paper puts forward that efforts should be made to create a good policy environment,speed up the standardization of agricultural product supply chain,strengthen the construction of agricultural product supply chain industry organization,strengthen the construction and introduction of talents.
