摘要
用油菜秸秆、莲子壳和谷壳3种农业废弃物为主料栽培秀珍菇。结果表明,秀珍菇菌丝生长和子实体产量在3种不同的基质上存在显著差异,其中油菜秸秆是栽培秀珍菇的最佳主料,最优配方为油菜秸秆75%、麦麸16%、玉米粉5%、石灰2%、石膏2%,菌丝平均生长速度为0.51 cm·d^-1,前三茬菇平均质量为144 g/袋,平均生物学效率达72%。
Rape straw, lotus seed shell and rice husk were used to cultivate Pleurotus geesterani. The results showed that the effects of different substrates on the growth of mycelium and fruiting bodies of P. geesterani were very significant. Among the three substrates, rape straw is the best material for the cultivation of P. geesterani. The optimal formula(rape straw 75%, wheat bran16%, corn flour 5%, lime 2% and gypsum 2%) was determined. The average growth rate of mycelium is 0.51 cm·d-1, the average mass of the three flush of fruiting body is 144 g per bag, and the average biological efficiency is 72%.
