曹家圈黄河大桥辊轴支座病害整治技术 被引量:7

摘要 针对辊轴支座连接板螺栓被剪断和辊轴倾角不一致的病害,以曹家圈黄河大桥110#和114#墩的辊轴支座为例,分析支座病害成因,提出了采用滑动平移式支座代替辊轴的整治方案及更换工艺,并采用有限元软件MIDAS/Civil对钢横梁在顶升过程的应力进行了分析,制定了整治方案。更换后的支座工作效果良好。 Aiming at the problem that the bolt of the connecting plate of the roller bearing is cut off and the inclination angle of the roller bearing is not consistent,taking the roller bearing of 110#and 114#piers of the Caojiaquan Yellow River Bridge as an example,the cause of the problem of the bearing was analyzed in this paper.The treatment plan and replacement process of replacing the roller bearing with the sliding translation support were put forward.The finite element software MIDAS/Civil was used to analyze the stress of the steel girder during the jacking process,and the treatment plan was formulated.The working effect of the replaced bearing is good.
