大数据在公共卫生中的应用

摘要 随着网络、数据存储和数据采集技术的发展,大数据在物理、生物、医学、工程等领域得到广泛应用。数字化时代的来临使公共卫生信息得到不断深入发展。目前该领域已产生大量相关的数据信息,这些数据符合大数据特征,如何利用好这些数据为公共卫生服务就成了目前急需探讨的问题。本文对大数据在传染病、慢性病、食源性疾病及卫生保健中的应用进行了综述,以期为今后大数据在公共卫生服务中的应用提供参考。 With the rapid development of network,data storage and data acquisition in techniques,big data is extensively applied in some fields,e.g.physics,biology,medicine and engineering.With the advent of digital era,big data promotes public health information fast development.Nowadays a lot of relevant data information has been generated in the field of public health and conforms to the characteristics of big data.Therefore it is the urgent issue to make full use of these data for public health services.The application of Big Data in infectious diseases,chronic diseases,food-borne diseases and health care is reviewed in this paper,with a view to provide reference for the future application of big data in public health services.
