摘要
随着科技创新发展的浪潮,面对单位科研经费数目的逐年增长,如何有效地进行科研经费管理是相关部门工作人员需要思考的一个问题。文章基于科研管理部门的视角,采用经验法和文献研究法相结合的方式,通过剖析高校附属医院在科研经费管理过程中所面临的各类问题与现状,如经费来源的多样化、对预算编制的不重视、非单一经费管理单位、受科研团队人员因素的影响等,探讨其可能的应对措施。
As the trend of technological innovation,the amount of scientific research funding has been increasing year by year. How to manage the scientific research funding effectively becomes a question that the staff of the relevant department needs to deal with. In the study,the combination of empirical and literature research methods were used to analyze the problems and current situations of the affiliated hospital of a university from the perspective of the department of scientific research management during the management of scientific research funds,finding the such problems as the diversification of funding sources,the neglect of budget preparation,the non-single fund management department,and the factor of scientific research team members. Based on this,the possible countermeasures were discussed.
