应用于椎体成形术的骨水泥研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 骨水泥是骨科手术常用的材料,可用于老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的治疗。为了减轻椎体压缩性骨折给患者带来的痛苦,改善患者生活质量,经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)和经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)两种微创手术技术被相继开发。PVP和PKP固定骨折的方法均是在椎体内注射骨水泥,因此,骨水泥作为手术的填充材料起着关键作用。本文对目前可用和仍在开发的丙烯酸类骨水泥、磷酸钙骨水泥、硫酸钙骨水泥以及一些其他类型的骨水泥进行综述。 Bone cement is a commonly used material in orthopedic surgery,which can be used in the treatment of osteoporotic compression fracture in older patients.In order to reduce the pain caused by vertebral compression fracture and improve the quality of life of patients,two minimally invasive surgical techniques have been developed:percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)and percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP).Both PVP and PKP are used to fix fractures by injecting bone cement into the vertebral body.Therefore,bone cement plays a key role as a filling material for surgery.This paper reviews the available and developing acrylic bone cement,calcium phosphate cement,calcium sulfate cement and some other types of bone cement.
