摘要
目的:探究玻璃体视网膜疾病合并白内障患者运用玻切术联合超声乳化吸出术治疗的临床效果。方法:2017年3月-2019年4月收治玻璃体视网膜疾病合并白内障患者150例,随机分为两组,各75例。观察组采用玻切术联合超声乳化吸出术治疗;对照组首先进行玻切术,再实施超声乳化吸出术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后视力改善优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃体视网膜疾病合并白内障患者运用玻切术联合超声乳化吸出术治疗后,能促进患者视力水平得到明显改善,还可以减少并发症的发生。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification in the treatment of vitreoretinal diseases complicated with cataract.Methods:From March 2017 to April 2019,150 patients with vitreoretinal diseases complicated with cataract were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 75 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification.The control group was treated with vitrectomy followed by phacoemulsification.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification can significantly improve the visual acuity and reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with vitreoretinal disease complicated with cataract.
