摘要
本文建立了一种利用大孔树脂分离富集缺陷假单胞菌HD13发酵液中抑制水稻纹枯病菌活性物质的方法。以水稻纹枯病菌为测试病原菌,采用缺陷假单胞菌HD13发酵液考察D101、LX-60、XDA-6、LSA-12、XDA-8G、LX-17共6种大孔树脂对HD13菌株发酵液中抑制水稻纹枯病菌活性物质的分离效果。结果表明:XDA-8G树脂对其有很好的分离和富集作用,主要集中在40%乙醇洗脱液中,该方法成本低、操作简单、快速,可为后续大量发酵提供实践依据。
In this paper,a method for separating and enriching inhibiting active substances of Thanatephorus cucumeris from the fermentation broth of Pseudomonasdiminita HD13 by using macroporous resin was established.Using Thanatephorus cucumeris as the test pathogen,six macroporous resins(D101,LX-60,XDA-6,LSA-12,XDA-8 G and LX-17)were used to separate the inhibiting active substances of Thanatephorus cucumeris from the fermentation broth of Pseudomonasdiminita HD13.The results showed that XDA-8 G resin had a good separation and enrichment effect.The inhibiting active substances were concentrated in the 40%alcohol eluent.The method has low cost,simple and fast operation,and can provide practical basis for subsequent large-scale fermentation.
