摘要
目的 分析载药微球经肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗肝癌的效果.方法 取我院收治的80例肝癌患者进行研究,按疗法分为两组,对照组40例,给予碘化油并微球栓塞剂经肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,观察组40例,行载药微球经肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及并发症情况等.结果 术后两组患者均出现发热、恶心、呕吐等不良反应,对症处理后均好转,观察组的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中CR为52.5%,PR为37.5%,治疗总有效率为90%,对照组CR为25%,PR为47.5%,治疗总有效率为72.5%,组间差异为(χ2=15.106,P=0.000).结论 载药微球经肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗应用于肝脏治疗中,有效改善肝功能,不良反应发生率低,临床效果显著,能够延长患者生存期,值得在临床上推广.
Objective To analyze the effect of drug loaded microspheres in the treatment of liver cancer by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.Methods 80 patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for study,according to the treatment,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group were treated with lipiodol and microsphere embolization via hepatic artery chemotherapy and embolization.40 cases in the observation group were treated with microsphere loaded via hepatic artery chemotherapy and embolization,The therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The patients in the two groups had fever,nausea,vomiting and other adverse reactions.The incidence of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),In the observation group,Cr was 52.5%,PR was 37.5%,the total effective rate of treatment was 90%,in the control group,Cr was 25%,PR was 47.5%,the total effective rate of treatment was 72.5%,the difference between the groups was(χ~2=15.106,P=0.000).Conclusion Drug loaded microspheres can be used in the treatment of liver by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,which can effectively improve the liver function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,significantly improve the clinical effect,and prolong the survival period of patients.
