废瓷砖用于道路路面路基的分析研究

摘要 评估废瓷砖作为原材料在道路路面路基设计中的用途。废瓷砖可用于高速公路工程应用,从而减少其对环境的潜在影响,并可能大幅降低路面设计厚度。对废瓷砖和低塑性黏土(CL)制成的混合材料,进行承载比、无侧限抗压强度、压实度、里程和膨胀测试。混合物中废瓷砖的含量分别为样品干重的0%,5%,10%,15%,20%和30%。其测试结果表明,添加废瓷砖可提高土壤的承载比值,但是降低了土壤的无侧限抗压强度值。此外,在压实度试验中观察到,随着废瓷砖数量的增加,导致了干重的增加以及含水量的减少。进一步证明了随着废瓷砖数量的增加,空隙率(e)有所下降。因此,研究建议使用废瓷砖作为替代材料,从而以经济和环保的方式改善氯类土壤的性能。 Waste ceramic tiles can be used for highway engineering applications,thereby reducing their potential impact on the environment and potentially significantly reducing the pavement designing thickness.In this paper,the bearing ratio,unconfined compressive strength,compactness,mileage and expansion of the mixed material made of waste ceramic tiles and low plastic clay(CL)were tested.The content of the waste ceramic tiles in the mixture were 0%,5%,10%,15%,20%and 30%of the dry weight of the sample respectively.The results showed that,adding waste ceramic tiles can increase the bearing ratio of soils,but decrease the unconfined compressive strength.Besides,it can be seen in the compaction test,that with the increase of the amount of waste ceramic tiles,the dry weight increased and the water content decreased.It was further proved that the porosity(e)decreased with the increase of the amount of waste ceramic tiles.Hence,it is recommended that using waste ceramic tiles as a substitute material to improve the performance of chlorine soils in an economical and environmentally friendly way.
