摘要
目的:总结分析在新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情期间,口腔科急诊患者病种情况、心理状态、收治流程与院感防控。方法:收集2020年1月23日~4月8日协和东西湖医院口腔科急诊病例,对患者病种情况、心理状况进行分析,并探讨流行病学特点和意义、口腔急诊诊疗管理措施、院感防控等。结果:疫情期间接诊口腔急诊患者共356例,其中外伤212人(年龄1~80岁,7岁以下182人)(占59.6%),牙髓炎及根尖周炎42人(占11.8%)、间隙感染及冠周炎38人(占10.7%)、颞下颌关节脱位患者13人(占3.7%)、口腔溃疡16人(占4.5%)、牙龈出血8人(占2.2%)、其他患者27人(占7.5%)。医护人员按二级防护级别操作,所有患者均成功接治,诊疗期间未发生医患新冠病毒感染。结论:疫情期间口腔医生在接诊急诊患者时加强院感防控意识,防止疫情扩散;加强患者心理疏导,就诊流程宣教及回访记录。
Objective:To summarize and analyze the diagnosis,psychological,admission procedures,prevention andcontrol measures of emergency patients admitted to the department of stomatiology during the period of COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:All cases were collected from the department of stomatology in Wuhan Dongxihu People’s Hospital from 23 January to 8 April,2020.The patients’diseases and psychological conditions were analyzed,the epidemiological characteristics and significance,management measures of oral emergency diagnosis and treatment,prevention and control of hospital were discussed.Results:A total of 356 cases of oral emergency patients were received,including 212 patients with trauma(aged 1~80 years old,182 cases≤7),42 patients with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis,38 patients with interstitial infection and pericoronitis,13 patients with temporomandibular joint dislocation,16 patients with oral ulcer,8 patients with gingival bleeding and 27 other patients.The medical staff operated according to the second level of protection,and all the patients were treated successfully.During the treatment,there was no doctor or patient infected.Conclusion:It was suggested that the stomatologist should strengthen protection when receiving emergency patients,prevent the spread of the epidemic.In addition,the propaganda and education of patients’psychological construction and treatment process should be strengthened,and the records of return visits should be made to keep track of patients’health status.
