比较研究尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数在尿液潜血检验中的价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数在尿液潜血检验中的应用,比较研究尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数在尿液潜血检验中的价值。方法选择我科于2018年5月~6月内接收的尿液检查标本300例,男156例,女144例,平均年龄(59.85±9.85)岁,尿液标本来源于肾内科105例,泌尿科154例,妇科41例,300例样本各20 mL,尿潜血检测均在标本采集2 h之内进行检验,所有标本均使用尿液分析仪及显微镜红细胞计数检验,排除存放时间长、不新鲜、高温存放的标本,所有标本需满足检测要求。结果检验结果显示,使用尿液分析仪测得阳性标本69例(23%),阴性标本231例(77%),阳性率为23%,使用显微镜红细胞计数检测阳性标本78例(26%),阴性标本222例(74%),阳性率为26%。在显微镜红细胞计数为标准下检测尿液分析仪的准确度,得出尿液分析仪潜血反应阳性,镜检有红细胞61例,镜检无红细胞8例,尿液分析仪检测阴性,镜检有红细胞5例,镜检无红细胞226例;在尿液分析仪潜血反应为标准下检测显微镜红细胞计数的准确度,得出显微镜红细胞检测阳性,尿液分析仪潜血反应阳性76例,阴性2例,显微镜红细胞阳性3例,阴性219例。结论在尿液潜血检验中,尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数的检测结果仍存在一定差异,显微镜红细胞计数检测尿潜血较尿液分析仪准确,但在二者标准下进行检测,发现均有假阳性和假阴性的存在,临床检测中可将尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞两种检测方法相结合,有助于提高尿潜血检测的准确性,从而为患者疾病的诊断与治疗提供有效依据。 Objective To investigate the application of urine analyzer and microscope erythrocyte count in urine occult blood test,and to compare the value of urine analyzer and microscope erythrocyte count in urine occult blood test.Methods Our department in the 2018.5-2018.6 months receiving check urine specimen of 300 cases,156 cases of male,female 144 cases,mean age(59.85±9.85)years,urine specimens from 105 cases of renal medicine,urologist in154 cases,41 cases of department of gynaecology,300 cases of 20 mL samples,urine occult blood test are in the test specimen within 2 h,all specimens using urine analyzer and microscope red blood cell count,out of storage time long,fresh,high temperature storage of specimens,all specimens meet the testing requirements.Results The results showed that there were 69 positive specimens(23%),231 negative specimens(77%),and the positive rate was 23%,78 positive specimens(26%),222 negative specimens(74%),and the positive rate was 26%.The accuracy of the urine analyzer was tested under the standard of red blood cell count under the micro scope,and the results showed that the occult blood reaction of the urine analyzer was positive,61 cases of red blood cells were detected under the microscope,8 cases of red blood cells were not detected under the microscope,5 cases of red blood cells were detected by the urine analyzer,and 226 cases of red blood cells were not detected by the microscope.The accuracy of erythrocyte count of the microscope was detected under the standard of occult blood reaction of the urine analyzer,and the results showed that there were 76 cases of positive occult blood reaction of the urine analyzer,2 cases of negative,3 cases of positive occult blood reaction of the microscope and 219 cases of negative.Conclusions In urine occult blood test,urine analyzer and microscope there still exists certain differences in test results of red blood cell count,red blood cell count to detect ery microscope accurately than urine analyzer,but under the standard test,found that both the existence of false positives and false negatives,clinical detection of urine analyzer and microscope can be red blood cell combined two kinds of detection methods,is helpful to improve the accuracy of urine occult blood test,so as to provide effective basis for the diagno sis and treatment of patients with diseases.
