深孔注浆技术在北京地铁暗挖隧道富水砂卵石地层止水施工中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 北京地铁16号线某矿山法区间隧道工程位于富水砂卵石地层,为保护地下水资源,采用区间隧道内深孔注浆止水方案。采用台阶法开挖区间隧道,盆式深孔注浆止水,从隧道上台阶向下台阶未开挖断面进行径向注浆加固,在隧道初支结构外轮廓形成注浆加固土体阻隔地下水,满足暗挖隧道无水开挖的条件。 A mining tunnel project along Beijing subway line 16 is located on the water-rich sand gravel stratum.To protect ground water resource,deep-hole grouting water-stop scheme for interval tunnel construction.Benching tunneling method was used to excavate the interval tunnel,and basin-type deep hole grouting water-stop method to carry out longitudinal grouting and reinforcement from the upper bench to unexcavated section at lower bench.Grouting reinforcement soil could be formed along the outside surface of tunnel initial supporting structure.The ground water was successfully stopped and water-free conditions for mining tunnel excavation was satisfied.
