摘要
建立液相色谱质谱联用快速检测菜薹中丙溴磷残留的分析方法,并对丙溴磷在菜薹中的残留消解及对人体的膳食摄入风险进行了研究。结果表明:丙溴磷在菜薹中半衰期为1.3~4.7 d。40%丙溴磷乳油,按照360 g a.i./hm^2和450 g a.i./hm^2用量,喷雾施药2~3次,施药间隔7 d,距末次施药后间隔5 d采样,菜薹中丙溴磷的残留中值为1.69 mg/kg。膳食风险评估结果表明:丙溴磷在所有登记作物中的总膳食摄入风险商(RQ)为0.30。膳食风险在可接受范围,说明丙溴磷在菜薹中残留不会对国人健康产生影响。
A liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry( LC-MS) analytical method was developed in the study,which rapidly determined the residual amounts of profenofos in flowering Chinese cabbage.In addition,the residual digestion of profenofos in flowering Chinese cabbage and the dietary intake risk for people were studied.The results showed that the half-life of profenofos in flowering Chinese cabbage was 1.3 ~ 4.7 days.The application standards of 40% profenofos EC were spraying 2 ~ 3 times at intervals of 7 days according to the dosages of 360 g a.i./hm^2 and 450 g a.i./hm^2,and the ultimate residual amount of profenofos in flowering Chinese cabbage was determined as 1.69 mg/kg when taking samples after 5 days from the last application.The dietary risk assessment results showed that the total dietary intake RQ value of profenofos in all the registered crops was 0.30.Based on the above results,profenofos residue in flowering Chinese cabbage would not affect the health of general population in China.
