摘要
相对复杂的组织架构和日益增多的固定资产体量对高职院校固定资产管理的要求不断提高,而普遍存在的管理队伍力量薄弱、动态跟踪管理缺位、资源共享和保值增值意识滞后等现实问题,极大影响了固定资产资源对高职院校教学科研保障作用的发挥。因此,高校应从加强管理人员队伍建设、落实固定资产管理责任、完善管理信息系统建设、强化固定资产动态管理、建立固定资产资源共享机制五个方面采取针对性措施,以提高固定资产管理效率。
