摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环法在我院住院药房药品效期管理中的应用效果。方法采用PDCA循环法调研我院住院药房药品效期管理中存在的问题,分析原因、制定改进措施并实施,以2017年6月1日至12月31日(管理前)住院药房过期药品报损情况及近效期药品管理相关数据作为对照组,以2018年6月1日至12月31日(管理后)相应药品近效期管理数据作为观察组。比较两组的数据,并评价PDCA循环法的管理效果。结果通过加强药品效期管理培训、完善药品效期管理制度和流程、规范病区药品的管理以及改进HIS系统程序等措施,观察组过期药品(针剂)报损品种种类、数量和金额分别下降了57.14%、60.44%和77.61%。观察组《近效期药品上报表》填报次数、调剂部门间近效期药品调拨次数及病区抢救车药品更换次数均大大增加。观察组的近效期药品无警示标识率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法有效地提升了我院住院药房药品效期的管理质量,增强了医护人员药品效期管理的意识,同时也减少了因管理漏洞造成的药品资源浪费,保证了患者的用药安全。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle method in the drug expiration date management in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital.Methods PDCA cycle method was used to investigate the problems existing in the drug expiration date management in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital,then analyzed the reasons,formulated improvement measures and implemented.The reported loss of out-of-date drugs and related datas of close to expiration date drug management in inpatient pharmacy from June 1,2017 to December 31(before management)were taken as control group,and datas of drugs close to expiration date management from June 1,2018 to December 31(after management)was taken as observation group.The datas of the two groups were compared,and the management effect of PDCA cycle method was evaluated.Results Through strengthening the training of drug expiration date management,improving the system and process of drug expiration date management,standardizing the management of drugs in ward and improving the procedures of HIS system,etc,the variety,quantity and amount of money of reported loss of out-of-date drugs(injection)in the observation group had decreased by 57.14%,60.44%and 77.61%,respectively.The filling times of the"report form of drugs close to expiration date",the allocation times of drugs close to expiration date among the dispensing departments and the change times of drugs of emergency vehicles in the ward in the observation group had been greatly increased.The rate of drugs close to expiration date without warning label in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method can effectively improve the management quality of drug expiration date in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital,enhance the consciousness of drug expiration date management of medical staff,and reduce the waste of drug resources caused by management loopholes,ensure the safety of patients’medication.
