Clinical Study on Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation Combined with Buzhong Yiqi Pills for Female Stress Urinary Incontinence After Menopause

摘要目的:评价生物反馈电刺激联合补中益气丸治疗绝经后女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法:将压力性尿失禁患者104例按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组给予生物反馈电刺激进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上同时予以补中益气丸进行药物治疗,观察比较2组治疗前后尿失禁情况、治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:治疗前,2组患者漏尿量及尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组漏尿量及ICI-Q-SF评分均下降,且观察组各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为92.31%,明显高于对照组的65.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率(21.15%)高于观察组(5.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈电刺激联合补中益气丸应用于压力性尿失禁疾病的治疗中效果显著,能有效降低患者漏尿量及ICI-Q-SF评分,降低患者不良反应发生率,提高疾病的治愈率。 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Buzhong Yiqi pills for female stress urinary incontinence after menopause.Methods:A total of 104 cases of patients with stress urinary incontinence were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group was given biofeedback electrical stimulation,and the observation group was additionally treated with Buzhong Yiqi pills.The condition of urinary incontinence,the curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Before treatment,when compared the times of urinary incontinence,the volume of leaked urine and scores of International Consultation on Incontinence-Questionnaire-Short Form(ICI-Q-SF)in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the times of urinary incontinence,the volume of leaked urine and scores of ICI-Q-SF in two groups were decreased,and each index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 92.31%in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 65.38%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 21.15%in the control group,higher than that of 5.77%in the observation group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Buzhong Yiqi pills has significant effect in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence,which can effectively reduce the times of urinary incontinence of patients,the volume of leaked urine and scores of ICI-Q-SF,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,and increase the cure rate of diseases.
