摘要
目的比较加巴喷丁与卡马西平治疗复发性三叉神经痛患者的效果。方法将38例复发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为2组,各19例。观察组采用加巴喷丁治疗,对照组采用卡马西平治疗。应用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、生活满意度指数B量表(LSI-B)分别评估患者的疼痛程度与生活满意度。比较2组患者治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患者LSI-B评分高于对照组患者,VAS评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为94.74%,显著高于对照组的84.21%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为26.32%,显著低于对照组的36.84%(P<0.05)。结论在复发性三叉神经痛患者临床治疗中,加巴喷丁的效果显著优于卡马西平,具有更好的治疗效果,且不良反应的发生率也显著降低。
Objective To compare the effect of gabapentin and carbamazepine in the treatment of patients with recurrent trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 38 patients with recurrent trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups,with 19 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with gabapentin,and the control group was treated with carbamazepine.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Life Satisfaction Index-B(LSI-B)were used to respectively evaluate the degree of pain and life satisfaction degree,and the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the LSI-B score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 84.21%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 26.32%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 36.84%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with recurrent trigeminal neuralgia,the effect of gabapentin is significantly better than carbamazepine,which not only has a better therapeutic effect,but also has a lower incidence of adverse reactions.
