摘要
目的探究双相情感障碍患者实施治疗前后燥狂相、抑郁相发作与性激素水平变化的相关性。方法选取2018年05月-2019年11月收治的符合《国际疾病分类(第10版)》中双相情感障碍相关诊断标准的72例患者为研究对象,其中包括双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者34例,双相情感障碍躁狂发作38例,所有患者均于入组时及常规治疗1个月后采集性激素指标,统计治疗前后性激素水平变化。结果治疗前B组男性的T指标水平较对照组男性显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后,B组男性的T指标水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后B组男性的T指标水平略高于对照组男性(P<0.05);治疗前A组E2指标水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,A组的E2指标水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后A组E2指标水平略低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双相情感障碍男性患者燥狂发作与睾酮相关,双相情感障碍抑郁发作与血清雌二醇相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between manic and depressive episodes and sex hormone levels in patients with bipolar disorder before and after treatment.Methods In May 2018 to 2019 in our hospital during the period of November conforms to the international classification of diseases(version 10)diagnostic criteria of bipolar disorder related in 72 patients as the research object,including 34 patients with bipolar disorder,depressive episode,bipolar disorder,manic 38 cases,all patients were in the group and conventional treatment 1 months after acquisition of sex hormone index,statistical sex hormone level changes before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the T index level of men in group B was significantly higher than that of men in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the T index level of men in group B was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the T index level of men in group B was slightly higher than that of men in control group(P<0.05).The E2 index level of group A before treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the E2 level in group A was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the E2 index level of group A was slightly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Manic episode in bipolar disorder is associated with testosterone,depressive episode in bipolar disorder is associated with serum estradiol.
